TLDR Lengthy, intense, but efficient
Interviewed for a Senior Ops role, end-to-end went through:
- initial phone screen
- take home assignment
- interview w hiring manager
- back to back interview on culture and case
- final interview w ops director
Overall, despite the number of rounds, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The recruiting team was super responsive and I found out about advancing to subsequent rounds within a day or so of the previous round.
Intensity scales as round progress - the hardest overall would certainly be the last two rounds. At all stages, though, they probe fairly deeply into your experience, and why you made certain choices, aiming to uncover how you think / work / execute under pressure.
A few cons:
- felt a bit too consultant-y at times, much less of a conversation
- take home assignment was never discussed after submission
