Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in our interview process. It’s truly helpful for us to understand how we can improve.
At Headway, we strive to enable a consistently great candidate experience across the board, but it’s clear that we fell short here. As we grow at a rapid pace, we’re moving really quickly to implement new systems and work with new recruiting partners, and it sounds like our speed negatively impacted the integrity of our processes in this instance.
I know that interviewing can be stressful as it is and, rather than creating a great experience, we added to that stress. I truly apologize for that.
