Interview
Recruiter call, 5 interviews plus a take-home assignment (which was very tedious and took a long time) - one of the people interviewing me was a duplicate and she didn't remember who I was.
All interviews went really well and I was overqualified, but excited to work for the company regardless.
The entire ordeal took weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Headway (NY) (Columbia, MD) in Feb 2021
Interview
I interviewed at Headway and I have to say, it definitely felt very untraditional. It was extremely rushed, with very little commentary on the things I was saying (I showed a lot of passion towards the mission and gave specific examples when answering her questions) and I am very confident that what I was offering as a candidate met with the qualifications. I’ve been in customer service for years- and have nothing but confidence in my ability and feel as though I could of been a great asset to this company so it definitely is dissapointing:/ I just don’t think that interview gave me a fair chance - with how rushed it felt and how dis interested the interviewer seemed even though everything I was saying felt like what I’d wanna hear from a possible candidate. I think they would of been very pleased with my work ethic and I know I would of done a great job and would of brought a lot to this company. I hope someday they change their interview style cause I think they’d find some really great people.
