I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Headway (NY) (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
A recruiter from Headway reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled a brief meeting to discuss the role, the company, and my qualifications. From here, I was asked to complete a quick assessment to determine my skill level and CX knowledge. After I completed the assessment, I met with a member of the hiring team who walked me through the rest of the process and gave me tips on what to expect for my next round of interviews. This led me into two 30 minute interviews with members of the CX team. Finally, Headway reached out to my references to ensure that I would be a good fit for the position.

I was asked about my previous experience, how I handle customer relations, how I work within a team environment, what my current stats are, etc.
The interview process was a waste of time. They will string you along and have you complete all of the steps of the interview process and when it's time for the decision they'll either say the following: they've paused hiring and will reach back out to you, they've met quota, or they won't select you because of "business needs or the growth of the company." When you ask them for feedback, they couldn't provide feedback or the reason why you weren't selected.
