I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Headway (NY)
Interview
I had 6 interviews (not including the phone screen) over 6+ weeks. It was a confusing process and towards the end felt like they were trying to keep me on for interviews while they solidified additional requirements not listed in the JD. Ultimately, I received a rejection and the end process was very sloppy. I think their needs and priorities shifted towards the end and they expressed they determined they needed someone with exponential experience.

The interview process included four stages: an initial conversation with a recruiter focusing on company culture, a job-specific interview with the hiring manager, a "who interview" with the director, and a panel interview that required completing homework and presenting it. Throughout the process, the company provided clear communication about expectations and ensured I was well-prepared. Overall, it was the best interview experience I’ve had, although it was quite lengthy.
