BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS RECRUITING TEAM. I made my comp expectations crystal clear during my initial phone screen. Comp was lower than my expectation and I told them I was not interested in even a first round interview unless the comp could be a specific number. They told me they would ask and get back to me. A few days later, I receive an invite to an interview with the hiring manager. From then on, it was a normal process. First round, Second round + case study, then decision. After spending over 2-3 hours on actual interviews, and about 5 hours on a case study (all while dodging and making excuses at my current job), I receive a call from recruiting with their tail between their legs confirming if I wanted to move forward with the original LOW COMP, and acknowledged that they had my note on file and that it was seemingly ignored. She tried to blame this on a breakdown in communication within the HR team, but who know what they really were trying to do. I have never experienced a bigger waste of time in my life.
