Interview
My first interview went great and I moved forward. The company was very responsive and scheduled my second interview right away. I waited for 30 minutes in the zoom call and nobody showed up. When I reached out, they admitted to scheduling me with someone who was on vacation. They rescheduled the interview and that person showed up late. I thought it went very well and was looking forward to another interview. They then sent me a general "dear applicant" message saying I am not getting an interview. I reached out asking for feedback and got nothing. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I would hope that in the future they can give a more personalized email to someone who gave time and energy into this process. ESPECIALLY when they didn't even show up to one of the interviews. In the end it is their loss. I was willing to overlook the scheduling mishap, but I know I'm a great candidate and someone else will be lucky to have me!
Had one interview late in the day and because I followed up about my candidacy, they decided to not move forward in the interview process. For a company that claims to like people who want to grow/go getters they sure do turn them away. Complete jokes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you be willing to stay a customer experience associate for at least a year.
Extensive, many sessions with many people on the team for an entry level role. Did not feel that they wanted to be a part of the interview process and would have preferred to be elsewhere. Seemingly unrelated questions for a customer service position that if you are able to think critically, you'd be able to easily manage.
