The interview process was outlined up front and the talent team did a nice job of staying on top of next steps. The first few conversations with the hiring manager were great. The final steps included a presentation and a WHO interview. The presentation is where everything fell apart. In the prompt email, they offered the ability to prep with the talent team. I responded that I would love that opportunity, but never heard back. When I got on the call to present, I could immediately tell that I was not connecting with the panel. I could also tell that they were messaging each other while I was speaking. Their questions seemed forced, like they just felt compelled to ask something, even though I had answered it in my talk track. I asked at the end if the topic resonated and they said yes, but I already knew that they had discounted me. Not a fit for either party.
The job posting for the senior product marketing manager has been up for over a year. Maybe it's data collection, maybe it's brand perception, maybe it's free labor, but beware when applying for this position.

Interview
It wasn't a great experience. The recruiter was dismissive and rude right from the beginning of the call. It made for a pretty awkward situation. I would say I was qualified for the job and I delivered a good interview, but for some reason, the recruiter had already decided I wasn't a good candidate before we even got on the phone.
