Almost perfect candidate experience. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful. Recruiter was OOO for a good chunk of it, and her substitute was also just as helpful and friendly. Only thing was that reference check took way too long. And one of my references got turned down for being too old, but it had only been a year? Ended up turning them down but it was a really tough choice.

Recruiter reached out to me. They dont even do their own interviews, they outsource to a company in India. The interviewer was very disinterested, not collaborative at all, they just asked the question they were told to ask, told you time is up for a certain question and then moved onto the next. They didn't care because they're not going to end up working with you

Pretty typical SE loop: 1. 1 hour code screen. 2. 3 session final loop: coding, system design, and behavioral. Recruiter call after the code screen was very helpful walking through the final loop and the rest of the process. 3. References checks and offer letter. All-in-all took about a month from initial conversation to offer.
