It's amazing how accurate all the bad reviews are. TA call, asked about background and why Headway... Moved onto the next part which included a PDF of the rest interview process. This included a coding interview for an hour. Mind you, this is a product analyst role, not sure what that has to do with "product" other than maybe interpreting data but its a data scientist job to pull this or you can even automate it? The coding questions were extremely hard even for an intermediate SQL user. But generally, they just want to see how well you perform under stress, which is fine for me. They tell me they are moving "quickly" and they will contact me on next steps... I hear nothing for days, even when asking for an email to send a thank you note. Then get an AUTOMATED response saying they will not move forward. What in the world has TA come to? No respect, no decency to actually provide feedback or an explanation. Just hide behind the laptop. I did not even get to meet the rest of the team which was scheduled to be 3 hrs long. How do you measure a candidate without the entire process, sure doesn't seem equitable to me. I'm thinking I dodged a bullet here. Be prepared to wait for response or be ignored. Judging off of the ratings here seems like they have a lot to clean up.
