Applied online, was contacted about a week later with an activity to complete, took about an hour then was asked to interview with head of customer experience. Interview went so well they emailed me less than 3 hours later saying I was having my final interview the following week. Spoke with an associate currently on the team, went great and then spoke with the manager of the team, once again thought it went great. This was on a Monday and recruiter told me I would hear by end of the week. Sent follow up emails to both interviewers, did not hear back. Followed up with recruiter during the week and did not hear back. Sunday morning I have an automated rejection email in my inbox. For a company that values mental health, I was shocked at how they blatantly ignored the timeline of hearing back by Friday at the latest only to send an automated email on a SUNDAY morning before 8am after I had spent weeks and hours interviewing with them. Asked for feedback and did not receive any.

submitted an application, then invited to do an initial phone interview screening a couple of weeks after applying, then shortly after initial interview invited to do a longer interview over Zoom
