Hr Screen, Requested Writing Sample, Interview with Hiring Manager, check in with HR, and Interview with Team Lead (plus one more interview i didn't pass too). Interviews were casual, we spent some time just getting to know each other and then I was asked some difficult questions, like "what is something you've learned recently" or some pretty intense "describe a time when". everyone was incredibly nice and kind, didn't receive any feedback after my last interview. did take a lot of time but i felt like they were being thorough
