The interview process was long. I applied in September and got a decision by late Nov or early December.
I had multiple rounds of interviews: recruiter phone screen, hiring manager screen, assessment, director of recruiting, brief with another recruiter, two more onsite with hrbp and behavioral, brief with a recruiter, interview with head of HR.
All the conversations were okay, you can tell that they don’t necessarily know what they’re looking for. Interviewers are rude in that they’ll cut you off for your answers. The whole place kind of seems like a cult.
They asked for 4 references and said it wasn’t enough. Then wanted references from my current job at the exec level to which I said no since they didn’t offer me anything and I preferred my current company to not know that I was interviewing.
After multiple rounds of interviews & talking to 4 references they ultimately rejected me as a candidate. The process seems kind of discriminatory honestly towards the end.
