I spoke with a recruiter about this role, and admittedly it feels like they may have something going on internally. Some of these Glassdoor reviews made me wary but I went ahead with the conversation. I was grilled about meeting quotas. It didn't seem like anything else mattered, and the recruiter felt very standoffish and matter of fact, and continuously pushed how great the company is doing about the funding. I personally like to have a conversation to vet if both sides feel a job will be a good fit, but it seemed like all I got was a bunch of glitter about the company progress. I got little to no room to ask questions and by the time I realized it, the interview was over.
Anyway, after very little interaction from myself, the recruiter said I was moving onto the next round (which I was shocked, given how little I spoke), which was a pretty in depth take home assignment (due in less than 24 hours), to be followed by 3 additional interviews (according to other folks on here, they're anywhere from 45-60 minutes a piece)
For a job at this level, a 5 step interview process with multiple "mock assessments" seems a bit steep. Ultimately I decided not to move forward with the process. They seem a little too hyper focused on growth and in my experience, that often comes at the cost of the employee experience. And from some of these in depth reviews of current & former employees, I'd say my gut was right.
