Contacted on LI by a recruiter and I was intrigued by the company's mission, however in the 5-week interview process I've realized that the hiring team at least is misaligned with the company's platform of mental health. It was completely disorganized - bouncing around from scheduler to scheduler, being asked for availability multiple times and having to reschedule due to errors on their end.
Interview schedule went: recruiter, hiring manager, a new representative in HR, 3 peer interviews and then references which are a 30-minute call with each reference. Before the 3 peer interviews, there is a take home assignment that took about 90 minutes. Once the assignment was reviewed, I was notified that I'd be moving to the peer interview round, provided availability, didn't hear back for 2 days and then received an email scheduling interviews for the following day which I never confirmed. I didn't open the email until after the first interview took place, notified them immediately, and their response was that they were going to "remove" the second interview that day and let me know what they were going to decide to do. Absolutely zero flexibility and came across as a penalty or punishment for something very reasonable and basic. Read the rest of the Glassdoor reviews, it's clear that this company is unorganized, rigid and concerning as a mental health company. I rescinded my application immediately and will not tolerate that.
