STAY AWAY and don't waste your time. This is one of the most ridiculous processes I have ever gone through and waste of the last two weeks of my life that I can't take back. I will add on to what a bunch of others reviews mentioned but trust me they haven't changed a thing in their process at all dating back to 2023 reviews. To start, I got an interview within hours of applying. This interview took 15 mins and was then told i would be a perfect fit for the job. They just asked about your background and KPIs. (KPIs are brought up in every single interview) They ask you if their specific start date ( start of their training class) works for you even if its under two weeks away. They don't have respect or decency to have you give your current employer a two weeks notice. After your told you would make a perfect fit even though you talk for two minutes tops, they will give you a take home assignment. The take home assignment will have you do math to see where you can improve in your sales process/KPI's with four questions as well as an objection email. Don't take too much time because I doubt they even look at it. They will then rush you into a mock sales call and then a behavior interview. The mock call has you trying to qualify an inbound Airbnb referral trying to put their property onto airbnb because its somehow the same thing headway does. (makes zero sense to sell something that has nothing to do with the company anyway) They will give you feedback that you probably already know if you are in sales and run discovery calls. You will know you messed up a bit because its the first time you ever try and sell airbnb unless you have done sales at that company. Next, you will have behavior interview where they ask probably 4-5 questions but watch for what you say in those because they will ask two follow up questions to whatever you answer. They will then have you do a call with a director of sales or a senior sales manager (most of whom which have been there less than a year) as well as 2 references. You will get positive feedback in each interview so dont think too far ahead. From the beginning you can tell they all are reading off a script. They will then try to rush you into a "training class" which consists of 10-20 other PGAs. All that says is that there is a high turn over and the kool aid drinkers will be the only ones who have a chance. If you apply online or through referrals, you will not have the same "recruiter" which is odd to me. I got emails from three different people all of which were just automated messages that change your name, don't care to even try to personalize emails. I highly suggest staying far away as this company as possible. This will be a sinking ship soon. Oh dont try and ask for feed back because due to their "internal policies" they cant provide specific feedback. Such a waste of time and such a joke of a process that I had to write a review.

I was initially very excited about this opportunity. The compensation was below industry standard, but given the mission, I was willing to be flexible.
The final interview started off well, with one interviewer who was warm and easy to talk to. However, a second interviewer sitting in was noticeably rude and dismissive for much of the conversation. Toward the end, when I tried to get clarity on a few points, the tone became sarcastic and dismissive rather than collaborative. It felt less like a conversation and more like being tested or caught out, which was enough that I withdrew from the process shortly after.
It also seems like this company overextends its employees, expecting people to take on far more than is reasonable, especially given the below market pay.
The unfortunate truth is that candidates are evaluating a company just as much as the company is evaluating them. This experience made clear that isn’t fully understood internally, and how someone is treated in an interview says a lot about how they’d be treated as an employee.

I was honestly so impressed by this process! Everyone was detail oriented and kind. I also felt like the recruiting team prepared me well. I joined Headway a month ago and it's been such a breath of fresh air so far. I'd recommend!
