It was super bizarre. A recruiter reached out to me so I accepted an interview. I was scheduled through her and was to meet with someone else. I then got a different email with two different people on it. I sat down for the interview and it seemed like a final interview. I was interviewed by someone on the team and not the talent team. Super weird. The questions were not what I would expect on the first interview. Very off-putting. I also felt very judged and for being a mental health company this I expect not to feel that way in an initial interview. I was very disappointed because I thought I really liked what Headway stood for and is doing, I was completely wrong.
