Not even halfway during the interview, the hiring manager’s personal cellphone began to ring. She proceeded with the interview, then after a few minutes stated that she couldn’t focus on our interview, and decided to take her phone outside of the office. The manager had left me waiting for approximately 20 minutes!! After that I was completely turned off from the company.
