I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Health Advocate (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Jun 2019
Interview
My experience interviewing with Health Advocate was actually quite pleasant. My first interviewer happened to be a colleague of a former boss of mine and he was quite knowledgeable of the collections industry and had a genuine appreciation for my skill set.
My second interviewer was more stringent, however, I found her knowledge of the Insurance Benefits industry quite refreshing and we had an informative conversation. All and all, I truly felt that I would be able to contribute to the company and that the company would add invaluable experience.
Also, after I was hired, everyone has been very helpful and both my interviewers have checked in with me to ask how training is going. That's very important to me. I actually feel like a valued human being and not an employee number.
I was a bit hesitant prior to applying due to the mixed reviews of the company on this platform. To other applicants: Please know that the company takes feedback seriously and they are working diligently to be properly staffed and provide top of the line training. Health Advocate actually takes responsibility for flaws and works to correct issues that have made former employees unhappy.
I feel I have made a good decision regarding my career and am confident I will receive the direction and support I need to be productive.

Question 1
The interview was straight forward and none of the questions were difficult to answer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health Advocate (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process was much longer than I expected. I had to speak with 3 people individually, instead of a panel. This was much more draining. You also have to take 2 computers exams (grammar and skills assessment). This makes the overall interview process almost an all-day thing.
