I applied online. I interviewed at Health Advocate
Interview
Applied to 10 different yet similar jobs, got an emails back for 2 of them saying it seems I fit the role and a link to schedule a phone appointment. Clicked the link and an error page showed saying "there are no available slots". I replied to the email to let them know this happened. Same exact thing happened via text messages. 0 out of 4 links worked. Then, randomly, one link from one of the text messages worked and I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The time came and passed, I thought maybe I had remembered the time wrong but it is more likely that it was an issue with the scheduling app they're using. The next day I got an email saying they're not moving forward with my application and checked the portal to see the job go from "in process" to not. This is super unprofessional and disrespectful to waste someone's time like that. How can I be a good fit one minute and not the next because your system failed? I don't understand how they could be so sloppy as to send broken links, maybe it was a fake recruiter, there are a ton of scams out there. The email from the sender looked legit; @healthadvocate.com. There's no contact info provided to get in touch with recruiting, probably for a reason, but wouldn't a company that's won national rewards for being a "great place to work" and customer service want to know if their system is messed up? So I didn't actually get to interview here, just another disappointment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Health Advocate (Gulfport, MS) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview did not take place as the HR representative did not call. I was finally contacted many hours after the scheduled interview appointment time for a reschedule date and time. I was not given a reason for the canceled interview. I was contacted via email and there was no way for me to respond to the representative other than to confirm a new appointment date and time through Calendly.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health Advocate (Houston, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
I attended the first and second interviews. The second interview went well. I didn't hear back from them. I'm confused about why they still keep on posting the same position over and over.
