15 minute phone interview with HR with general questions regarding background and experience.
Then a grammar and customer service assessment was emailed to be completed.
An invitation to speak with the supervisor, director and VP for an interview. The interview process is fairly long (3 hours). You speak separately with each. The questions are the same from 3 separate people. Fairly exhausting but every one was so nice and enjoyable to speak with.
Offered the position via phone from the wonderful HR rep, then a follow up email was sent.
