Interview
I was met at the door by an HR rep. She took me to the interview with a VP as my to-be supervisor was on vacation. She did not seem particularly happy. She told me she thought I was qualified, but They have a sheet of standard interview questions and they choose to go through most of them. After the interview, the HR rep took me to a computer to complete a test of basic MS Office skills and English grammar. If you have absolutely no idea, I think there are hints and it will walk you through if you still can't figure it out. I don't know how many times it will allow you to do this or what is considered a passing grade. It doesn't take very long. (I want to say it took me 15 - 20 minutes). I then didn't here anything for over a week. (My mom works in upper management and asked my to-be supervisor who had thought I had been hired in her absence and didn't realize she needed to interview me as well.) I had another interview with the supervisor. It was possibly the most awkward interview of my life. I kept looking at her and smiling and she kept looking down at the notes the VP had made during my interview with her.
I ultimately was hired, and then I had to complete the drug screen and criminal background test and then I started training.

Question 1
They don't really go off - script. Google a list of most asked interview questions. It's mostly questions about why you want to work there, how have you dealt with difficult work/school situations, etc.
I was nervous, but it wasn't difficult and lasted about 20 minutes. I had thought it would go on for an hour, but it was a lot shorter. Prepare for the interview, but as long as you try to answer in the best way that you can, then I think you can get hired.

There was a question about your strengths and weaknesses.
Fairly easy. Two interviews, one with a recruiter, the other with a general manager. Asked basic interview questions and behavioral questions to see if you can handle upset customers or high volume call days.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Health Advocate (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had a phone interview that was relatively straightforward. I believe it was the first of a series of interviews. But the interview itself was low pressure. The interviewer just asked me questions and I answered to the best of my ability.
