Moved very quickly. Interviewed with HR in the morning, interviewed with clinical director later that afternoon, received an offer the next day. Start date was about a month after the interview.

There were lots of questions with hypothetical situations, but also clinical experience overall. One question was "what do you do when you get behind in your work?".
