Interview
The first interview was a phone interview with HR. That interview was very easy. I was asked very basic questions. It lasted less than 15 minutes. The next interview was a phone interview with hiring manager.

Question 1
While I do not remember the specific question asked, I got the sense from the question that they expected you to step in and help in other areas when they were swamped, even if you did not have the resources or training to do so. That is a red flag in my opinion.
