A 15 minute HR screen was requested via a Calendly link. After selecting a timeslot and getting a confirmation, and a reminder the day before, at the time of the interview nobody called. The location specified on the invite was my phone number, therefore the recruiter was due to call. After waiting an hour, still no phone call received. Two days later, I received a rejection letter. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate to candidates. At the very least, they should cancel and state they have another candidate lined up or whatever the reason may be.
