The interview process took 6 -7 weeks. The initial interview was over the phone and it went well. The second interview was in person and it was at the San Francisco Office. It also went well and I left feeling enthusiastic about the job and the company . I received an email to be prepared for a mock over the phone interview for the health coaching position. I did well and was told that I should expect a third - and as I was hoping a final interview with the Program director located out of state.
It took about a week for the phone call and interview. This interview was short but it left me feeling unsure. The interviewer asked me a number of questions and did not respond much back. She tld me that the final decision will be made within a week and that I will be notified by he ror the SF manager by phone. Two weeks passed and no one has called or emailed me. I finally wrote an follow up email and got a response that there has been a lot of structural change going on and that I will be notified in the next week about the final decision. Another 2 weeks passed when I finally received an email from a recruiter - a email that is usually only sent out to potential applicants that I was not hired. I was very disappointed at how this was handled given th efact that i had a total of four interviews. I was expecting a more personable approach. I wrote another follow up email to the manager who finally replied to me apologizing for how things were handled. She assured me that no one was hired for th eposition and that company was gong through a lot of transitions. i still felt that they should have handled this more professionally. I hope they treat the future applicants in a more professional way.
