Interview
Initial call with HR went well. I received a bulk email stating that I was one of many candidates that would receive a second interview. However, no second interview was ever set. Finally, about a month later I got a "thanks for interviewing but we have hired an internal candidate" email.

Question 1
Mostly HR type questions. Interviewer only had 20 minutes and I could tell he was not interested in extending that so I did not get to ask any questions.
Interactions were timely, conversations were professional. Skills assessment made sense and helped filter candidates. Interview with the hiring manager was interesting and more of a conversation. I could tell they were managed well.
