Interview
The process was very formal. It started out with an initial phone interview, then an in-person interview with the department head, then in-person with team leads (culture), and finally with the CEO. Overall, it was seamless and made sense.

Why did you choose this role? What experiences have you had similar to this role? What do you think you will bring to the table here? Are you organized? Are you a team-player? Can you juggle multiple tasks at one time and still hit target?
It was easy and straightforward overall, although it did take several rounds. Be prepared for multiple interviews, which usually last about half an hour each. The process was organized, clear, and manageable.
