Interview

CTO and VP of engineering reached out to me, then moved forward with a screening interview. Did well with the phone screen, but they decided not to move on with the interview process. At the end it was kind of a waste of time for both parties considering I talked to three employees from their company.

Interview

Phone call with hiring manager and then on-site technical round. Made an offer initially then took over a week to follow up and then said the job profile for the position has changed. It was not very clear what happened as the interview never touched on the technical aspects for the new profile. But nevertheless it was a good experience.
