Interview
It started with a statistics and a SAS exam. This made me realize that I needed to brush up on my statistics skills because I have been primarily a SAS programmer in my recent jobs. After the testing, I interviewed with a director and a senior analyst. The director asked a lot of questions about my experience. She also did a good job of explaining the work done by the company and the work the analysts perform. The analyst really helped explain her day-to-day work. It was helpful. The lady in HR that contacted me to schedule was very nice. They were also very accommodating.

Very swift process. Took a SAS/statistics exam and had a two group interviews (one with peers and one wiith leadership). It was one of my best interviews. Everyone seemed really nice.
