There are different phases to the interview/ hiring process. There are two phone interviews: one with a regional manager and one with the founder of the company. They give you a sense of what to expect and what is expected of you as an employee. Once that is completed, you have a day to shadow one of the current providers which allows you to get a feel for the job and ask questions. If hired, there is a series of paperwork to be completed and references are checked.

Interview was informative. Involved three phone interviews and a site vist. Was able to observe for two hours day to day operations. Reviewed process of screening patients, medical history, and consents. Discussed additional training and on boarding process.
