First you get a call from HR to set up a time to talk. If you do well and are a match for the position, you are invited to interview with the support queue manager and asked to fill out an online application. Here you will be asked about your expectations and current or past job related experience and wage. Next you will get a call if you are still in the running; you will interview again with the Technical Support Manager and meet with the team lead at that time if you have passed this stage of the interview. If the team lead is unavailable you may be invited to come back and meet with him.
