The whole process was very fast. The HR person was knowledgeable and was excellent with follow up. I had a phone interview and two in person interviews. The first was with just the hiring manager and the 2nd was a group interview with 2 team members and the hiring manager.

Interview
It is a well planned and coordinated process. Had a total of 4 rounds of interviews with difficulty ranging between 3.5-4 with 5 being most difficult. First round is a screening call from the recruiter and followed up by team members with whom you will be working. Interview can be taken by analyst, managers and developers.
