3 separate interviews super easy and very little questions. Don’t stress too much over the interview process just show up and you’ll be fine. I was offered a job the next day
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HealthPartners (Bloomington, MN) in Jun 2011
Interview
Although I am not a seasoned interviewee, I felt that the personnel interviewing me went out of their way to make the experience uncomfortable. I am trying to maintain perspective but the truth is they were barely polite from the moment I met them. I distinctly got the impression that I wasn't even in the running before we even began. Like I said I don't have much of a benchmark for interviews, but I sure hope my next experiences are more positive. HealthPartners is supposed to be a great company to work for. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day.
