Initial phone screen with the recruiter to gain an understanding of the role and provide her with my background and answer a few questions around my management style, what I was looking for in a new opportunity and some other straight forward interview questions.
I then had a video interview with the hiring manager, which was more in depth. He asked 6-7 interview questions and provided time at the end to discuss the role conversationally and ask him questions.
I then provided a written case study assessment which took a scenario from their fraud prevention unit and had me create a report around it. The company reimbursed me for my time spent on this written assessment phase.
The final step in the process was video interviews with the CEO and CPO. Both of these were continuations of the standard interview questions and then time for additional conversation and Q&A.
I was disappointed to not receive an offer at the end of the process, but it is well thought out and they definitely put time and energy into who they are bringing on board.
