Initial Phone Screen with recruiter followed by a hour long interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager is basic background discussion along with a simple SQL test. The next step is a take home case study in which you are provided a dataset and you are asked to find insights. You are invited to the final onsite if you pass this round. I thought my initial conversations with the recruiter and hiring manager went really well. They were personable and seemed very interest in my profile (their words!). I was sent the take-home assignment and then got a templated rejection email with no feedback. I emailed them back thanking them for their time and requested feedback to which they never responded. The least they can do is provide feedback considering the time and effort that goes into completing take-home assignments! Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!
