I was reached out by the Company as they needed to fill an Executive role. I wasn't actively looking, but the position seemed interesting, and the employees seemed to really care about what they were doing. The Company would schedule a call with me before each round to prepare me. I guess they really cared about what they were doing and who they were presenting to the interviewing panel. I had a panel interview (Round 3!) and the employee at the company who was so "involved" in keeping open and transparent communication responded a week later that they are moving forward with other candidates. I asked if they had any feedback from the 3rd round, but radio silence.
If I was expected to provide feedback post every call, I'd expect the same from the Company too.
