After applying I was emailed by a talent acquisition specialist to schedule a phone screening, which was relatively brief and mostly informational about the role/company. From there I was asked to complete a code test online before going into the office to interview with the engineering manager. Overall, it was a smooth/positive interview process.

I applied health care source online and a HR sends me an email to sign up for a time slot to schedule a phone interview. I did that but nobody called me on that day. I sent an email to HR to ask if she forget about it. She called me back and say sorry and we schedule another time tomorrow. However, we scheduled at 3:30 but nobody calls me again at 3:50. Ok, I can't believe that she forgot this. I sent her an email again and get a call immediately. Maybe the HR never learn to use calendar even this appointment date actually was signed up online. She asked me about some basic information and told me a tech will give me a phone interview at 9:30 today. Now it's 10:00 am but nobody give me a call. I met this three times it gives me strong signal: the culture in this company sucks. I feel disrespectful during this process.
