The interview process was pretty well organized with a series of phone and in-person interviews as well as online assessments. After an initial phone screen with a recruiter where we discussed basics about my current job, I had a series of in-person interviews with various members (~5) of the product organization from hiring manager through VP giving me the sense that every hire is an integral part of the team so fit is important. Questions centered primarily around past experience, my understanding of being a product owner in an agile workflow and different situations communicating with engineers and stakeholders. Process also involved a mock grooming with a small group of engineers.
