Interviewed with Human Resources a couple of times and then with my manager, two product managers, a marketing manager and our ultimately our vice president of sales and then I met face to face with my hiring manager and other staff members at a local meeting. I had also been monitoring the HealthcareSource career website and I stayed in touch with my manager via Linkin for several months prior to the opening coming available. There were also some personality tests and I was asked to create a video to share more about me and my background and experience that was then shared with other HealthcareSource staff to better ascertain my fit with the position and our corporate culture.
