Initially contacted by in-house recruiter. Phone screens (2), followed by online personality test and online video interview.

The interview process is informal and the recruiter first screens. The process is outsourced and hence there are no direct interaction with any of the talent acquisition personnel. Ofcourse, the talent acquisition head is responsive to engage the outsourced agency. They are letting their requirement known but as a replacement position they are not clearly specifying. It could have been better for a small company like HealthcareSource to have their talent acquisition team do the first screening.
