I did not like the application process it was complicated and long. The wait time for the actual interview to be scheduled was eight weeks. Also the remote and telephonic interviews were inefficient. I get they could do better in this aspect.

Second interview with 2 people and they talk to you for one hour. The micromanagement style from the manager was very upfront. They want you to do overtime but also overwork you. When and how you should be using PTO. They were very unprofessional in the way they were asking questions.
