I applied online. I interviewed at Healthgrades in Feb 2021
Interview
Recruiter did not reach out at the scheduled interview time.
Recruiter reached out via email a week or two after applying, said my skills matched, and asked me to schedule an interview via an app that allows you to select an open time slot. At the scheduled interview time, recruiter never called and did not answer her phone. As a note, the scheduling app stated that selected times were relative to time zones, so this was not an error in time zones.
It is frustrating when your day is scheduled around something like this and your time is not respected.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Healthgrades (Denver, CO)
Interview
Initial recruiter screen, followed by a 30 minute conversation with management. Then a 1 hour technical interview. Overall a fairly standard interview process. All of these took places over the span of 2 week.
First round interview with technical recruiter. I did well and was told I would move on to the next round. I was then ghosted for 2+ weeks, and finally received an automated email saying they found another candidate. Very unprofessional experience.
