Interview
I had two screening interviews and then was invited to make a long trip to Indianapolis for a round of interviews. They conducted behavioral interviews which the more experience you have the more difficult it is to quickly recall that one experience that might resonate with the interviewer. Some interviewers were unavailable, some unprepared. I immediately provided followup times/dates to HR to reinterview via phone and s/he never even responded. Overall a waste of time.

Describe a challenging situation you faced, how did you handle it, what was the outcome?
After submitting an online application, there was a 30 minute phone interview. Very nice, mostly an explanation of what they are looking for in the position. I was looking for 100% remote and through the call learned that the position would require me to fly to their office to work one week a month. I emailed them after the call that I wouldn't be available to do that so i wouldn't waste their time on a follow up interview.
