Interview
I had previously applied to a different job on their careers sight that I did not end up getting but kept in touch with HR. Months later (it must have been 6) they reached out to me about a new position opening so I went in for the interview. First with HR so they could get another general read on me for the position (as it was different from the previous one) which lasted about 40 minutes. I came back a 2nd time to meet with the executive that was actually looking for an assistant and had an interview with her and 2 other "high up" people.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hearst (Charlotte, NC)
