HHT provided a thoughtful interview process that allowed me to meet with all the business partners in just two rounds of interviews. Face to face and video interview options were offered.
Great process. The questions were behavior based and I felt that I could answer honestly about how I viewed HR and how I could contribute towards the organization. I felt that the interview team gave me a great understanding of what the role was and what the expectations were.
