I filled out application, then spoke to a recruiter who asked me some experience and school questions,she sent my information over to the office manager. I then spoke with manager of the office to set up an interview, interviewed with a business assistant up front, met doctors, answered their questions then did a working interview. It was a pretty lengthy process.

I was emailed a week after I applied by a recruiter, who set up a phone interview with me. She asked about me personally, my experience, and future goals. She then ended the conversation by telling me she was forwarding my info to the OM and to expect a call by the next day.

Initial contact by a recruiter. She told me her only available position was 30 miles away, when actually it is 48. Would not tell me office hours. Did say expenses paid for out of state orientation, ignored question about being paid for the training time...twice.
