Interview
First step is a phone interview, if you pass then you meet the doctor and Office Manager, then they send you to work with a Hygiene Mentor for a half day. The Hygiene Mentor is judging your every move and has to fill out a form detailing how you did. While all this is going on there secretly doing a DISC personality test to find out if your compatible with the office.

Had a video call with a manager that did not ask a lot of questions. I could tell they were desperate for a body in the chair. Working interview went unpaid because I did not accept the offer!
