I applied On online a few days later got an email saying that they were interested on speaking with me. I had a short interview over the phone where they asked basic interview questions nothing difficult. Then the lady scheduled me for one on one interview that took placed in a hotel lobby. I went home and got a call saying they want to proceed forward. They asked me to go for an observation day and sent me a list of questions that I had to answer . Asked me to bring 10 questions as well. And 10 references mostly professional.
On the observation day I shadowed different employees and it was all day. On my way home I got a call with an offer.
My advise to anyone is to have lots if questions ready at all time for you to ask. The process can be a bit long but don't be discouraged.

Interview
I was e-mailed to set up a phone interview after applying online for the position. The interview was terrible and awkward. The listing didn't mention anything about the extensive travel required and so that was dropped in my lap over the telephone.
The interviewer asked questions and left very awkward pauses each time I responded to the question.
