Very casual and the best experience I have had so far. Applied online,phone interviewed with a recruiter, phone interview with the practice admin in a week, one-on -one and then work-in interview in the same week, and got the job next week! Overall,a very smooth process and a great company to work for!

Great interview process. Told me about the job and gave me a tour of the office. Very friendly employees and willingness to train was beneficial. I felt like they were listening to my qualifications and appreciated my time talking with them.
A phone interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the regional manager. I was invited to do an in-office interview with the office manager. Lastly, a working interview as well.

One phone call from recruiter, one from the Regional Director, and a visit to the office to meet the manager. The manager called me a day or so later and said they would be sending an offer letter.
